My name is Lou, and I am a calm and loving girl. I LOVE to get in my plastic swimming when it is hot, and I like to play ball. I was rescued from the shelter and am in foster care until I get adopted. Would you adopt me? Bertie County Humane Society offers a low adoption fee for all pets. Any pet obtained through us must be surgically sterilized. Baby & young pets can go home with their new owners, but must have a veterinarians appointment already made for them. Adolescent & adult pets must be sterilized before they will be allowed to go to their new home. Whenever funds are available we offer a spay/neuter voucher to help with the cost of the required surgery. If interested please call immediately for adoption procedures.
